At-home teeth whitening systems: At-home products usually come in a gel form that is placed in a custom-made mouthguard. The trays are worn either during the day for 4 hours or overnight while you sleep. In-office teeth whitening: This treatment is done in the dental office. You will see results immediately! Depending on the results you want to achieve, the whitening shade you want may require more than one visit, with each visit lasting 30-60 minutes.
